Detrailers

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer financing?

We don't push customers toward the third-party equipment lenders our competitors use — they're hard to qualify for, expensive, and slow. Instead we recommend trying your own bank (our trailers have VIN numbers banks can use as collateral), an equipment credit card (which also works for our custom skid mounts), or a home equity loan. As a rule of thumb, banks won't finance below about $6,000, so keep that in mind when choosing a system.

Can you build a truck, van or SUV mount instead of a trailer?

Yes. We custom-build powdercoated steel skids to fit trucks, vans and SUVs — each one designed for your specific vehicle. If you'd rather not tow a trailer, ask us about our DVT, DVTP and truck-mount soft wash systems.

Why not just build my own system on a utility trailer?

Every system we build is 'purpose-built' — the trailer is engineered for the equipment and the concentrated, dynamic weight loads it carries, with proper bracing, axle placement and capacity. Bolting equipment to a standard utility trailer is a common and dangerous assumption that can fail catastrophically. Our systems are the product of decades of testing and come with our Total Protection Warranty.

Do you ship nationwide and internationally?

Yes. We've shipped systems to all 48 continental US states plus Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, and internationally to Kuwait, Greece, Canada and more. We own our own transport company, so getting a system to you — trailer or truck mount — is straightforward and affordable.

What kind of support and training do I get?

Every system we sell comes with lifetime 24/7 toll-free support. Beyond the equipment, we help with the parts of the business that actually make you money — pricing, application, advertising and marketing strategy — free with any system we produce. You'll deal with an advisor, never a commissioned salesperson.

Do you keep systems in stock?

No — every system is custom built to order. In our experience a stocked unit was never quite what the customer wanted, so building to order means you get a brand-new system configured for exactly what you need.
