Mobile Car & Vehicle Wash Systems

Commercial mobile car and vehicle wash systems built for professional washing and detailing businesses. Choose from trailer-mounted, enclosed-trailer, or vehicle-mounted systems for cars, vans, pickups and fleets.

DETRAILERS has been designing and manufacturing mobile car wash systems, mobile detailing systems, and commercial vehicle wash equipment since the mid-1980s. Our trailer-mounted and vehicle-mounted wash systems are built for entrepreneurs and established professional cleaning businesses that need reliable, purpose-built mobile equipment. Since developing our early systems, we've continually redesigned and improved them into some of the most capable mobile wash systems we build today, with units shipped throughout the U.S. and worldwide.

Our published cold-water vehicle wash platforms include DB open trailers, DE enclosed trailers and DVT vehicle-mounted skids. DB and DE offer 100–550-gallon configurations depending on trailer size; DVT offers 50–200-gallon configurations. Published pressure options are 2,800–3,600 PSI. Specify the generator and detailing equipment you need in your quote rather than assuming they are included in every build.

We also build skids to fit vans, SUVs and pickups, and specialize in systems for washing large truck fleets and big rigs, including high-volume spot free wash systems for dealerships and auctions.

Choosing your system

What is the difference between DB, DE and DVT?

DB is an open-trailer cold-water mobile wash platform, DE is enclosed, and DVT is a vehicle-specific skid. DB and DE offer different tank capacities by trailer configuration; DVT is sized around the actual installation vehicle.

Is detailing equipment included in every build?

Do not assume that a generator, vacuum, extractor or air compressor is included because it appears in an example photograph. Describe your wash and detailing services so the quote lists the equipment and power supply you need.

Can I plan a system for RV washing?

Yes. Discuss the size and types of vehicles, the water available at the job and whether spot-free rinse is required. The RV-wash video below shows a specific example with separate tap-water and spot-free rinse tanks, not the standard equipment of every model.
