Mobile Pressure Washing Systems & Trailers

A mobile pressure washing system is purpose-built commercial equipment that carries the water tank, pressure washer/pump, hose reel, pressure hose and gun/wand a professional operator needs to perform pressure washing work at the customer's location. DETRAILERS builds these systems as open-trailer, enclosed-trailer, or truck/vehicle/skid-mounted configurations, chosen around the work the operator intends to perform. Onboard water capacity can often be reduced when usable water is available to replenish the tank at the jobsite, though that availability isn't guaranteed on every job.

Unlike a basic pressure washer placed on a utility trailer, a purpose-built mobile pressure washing system integrates the water supply, pressure-washing equipment, plumbing, hose management and supporting components into a system designed around the work the operator intends to perform.

We weren't the first company to bring pressure washing systems to market, but for more than 38 years we've refined and improved the way professional mobile wash systems are designed and built. Every system is custom-built for the customer, so it's rare for any two to ever be the same.

Pressure washing needs more water capacity, more pressure and often hot water. Our PW systems run at about 3,600–4,000 PSI max, adjustable down to 1,000 PSI, with higher configs available. Most systems are 200, 400 or 550 gallons, and we normally build up to 1,100 gallons, with greater capacity available when the application requires it. For dual-line setups we run machines that put out 8 GPM total, so 4 GPM per line, with plenty of muscle in single-line mode.

Any system over 200 gallons uses dual or multi tanks. Water is heavy and dynamic; splitting capacity into multiple tanks creates baffles that stop the slosh, improves weight distribution, and lets you carry different liquids. It's a design no-brainer that sets us apart.
