Mobile truck washing allows professional cleaning businesses to wash semis, box trucks and commercial vehicles directly at the customer's location. DETRAILERS builds heavy-duty mobile truck wash equipment for operators who bring the wash system to the trucks — not fixed wash bays or automated drive-through truck wash systems. Systems can be configured for local commercial fleets or long-haul big rigs, using conventional soap-and-rinse or two-step washing. For serious big-rig washing, we recommend hot water and spot-free rinse capability. If startup budget doesn't allow for spot-free right away, DETRAILERS can plan the system so it can be added later.
Because of the water capacity and equipment required for serious mobile truck washing, most systems are best suited to a trailer-mounted configuration. DETRAILERS can also custom-build truck wash equipment for larger flatbeds and box trucks when the vehicle has sufficient capacity. We'll help determine which configuration makes the most sense for the type and volume of truck washing you plan to do.
