Overview
Another insane specialty system — the DBP 600 was custom built to wash and service NASCAR tour buses. It started with a 20' triple axle tube-frame trailer and featured a dual-line, hot-water setup with 600 gallons of water capacity: 400 for tap water and 200 for spot free. The spot free system, along with foam cannons, let the crew wash the buses completely touch-free — wash, soap, rinse and dry. It also carried a dual pump system (one per side) to fill the fresh-water tanks on the buses. We completed the build in six weeks, and it was towed to Florida behind a Newmar coach.
