Overview

The Tri-Brid was a concept trailer ahead of its time. Its name played on 'hybrid,' but instead of two things it was three — designed to run three business streams from one trailer: pressure washing, mobile vehicle wash, and carpet & upholstery cleaning. Based on one of our custom enclosed trailer setups, the pressure washing side was hot water, 4,000 PSI with 200' of reach, plus a generator and all the chemicals and tools for mobile vehicle wash and detail. At its heart was a commercial-duty truck-mount carpet cleaning machine powerful enough to run 300' of hose, reaching carpets and upholstery anywhere in a building — with two portable units as backup. We built five, and they all sold quickly, but they were very time-consuming to build; with today's carpet cleaning machines you could run the same business model with a simpler system.

This page documents a historical custom build, not a regular-production model. Contact DETRAILERS to discuss a new system for a similar application.

Choosing your configuration

What were the three services?

The recorded Tri-Brid concept combined hot-water pressure washing, mobile vehicle washing and detailing, and carpet and upholstery cleaning on one enclosed trailer.

Is Tri-Brid a standard model today?

No. DETRAILERS built five of these historical concept systems. The page records those builds; it does not advertise a current stock package.

Can I discuss a modern multi-service system?

Yes. Describe the services you plan to offer and the work you expect to perform. Current equipment may support the business with a simpler layout; a new project needs an individual specification and quote.
